Well Cartagena is no Medellin or even Bogota when it comes to rental and real estate prices in general. Small 2/2 on Castillo Grande for almost $1,600 usd plus you pay all the utilities and cable. Add another few hundred. US prices for sure. You have to pay to live near the water. Water view is expensive. You only live once. Go for it if you really want it.
