Dr. Carolyn Sangokoya is the faculty winner of the UCSF Chancellor's Diversity Award for Advancement of Women. An assistant professor of pathology who runs her own lab, Dr. Sangokoya is credited for founding a women’s physician-scientist group that fosters collaboration and provides support and resources to uplift women across UCSF.
