3 Chilli Sausages... A Sausage making masterclass using the 3 hottest chillies in the world. The Carolina Reaper, the Ghost Pepper and the Trinidad Scorpion .We are all aware of the power of these epic chillies, and it would of been easy to make a " i can eat a hot chilli video" but, i wanted to blend the 3 together, harness their incredible power, and make something that was edible and delicious. I show the entire process of making sausages, from start to finish, then cook and try out the finished product, which, believe me, was absolutely stunning.
