Caramel Cookie Iced Latte
Serves 1 | Prep 10 mins
2 Coles Bakery Indulgent Choc 40% Choc Chip Cookies
2 tbs Coles Smooth Caramelised Biscuit Spread, melted
Ice, to serve
⅔ cup (160ml) Coles Full Cream Milk or milk of choice
2 tsp Daley Street Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
2 tsp Coles Caster Sugar
1. Crush cookie with a mortar and pestle until crushed. Dip the rim of a 13/4 cup (410ml) capacity glass in to the half the melted spread and coat in crushed cookie.
2. Place remaining spread in the base of the glass. Use a milk frother to splash spread on the side of the glass. Top with ice and milk.
3. Place the coffee, sugar and 1 tablespoon of hot water in a small bowl. Using an electric whisk or hand held electric beaters, whisk coffee mixture until thick and creamy. Spoon over milk.
4. Stir and serve immediately. Dunk remaining cookie in.
