The 2.5 mile hike to the cape travels through a well preserved coastal forest full of Sitka Spruce and Western Red Cedar. If it's wet, probably best to choose a different hike in that the trail can become VERY muddy and the wet tree roots present a challenge! The short hike to Devil's Cauldron is well worth it. The views of the Cauldron and looking south down the coast are simply stunning! And, nothing quite like a sunset at sunset at nearby Manzanita Beach!
