One of my go-to Classic Rum Cocktails is the Hemingway Daiquiri. It's refreshing, easy to drink (and easy to make!) and all around just very tasty!
In this video I give you a brief cocktail history "class" on how it came about and of course show you how to make it! Salud!

Hemingway Daiquiri

1/2 oz(15ml) Simple syrup
1/2 oz (15ml) Grapefruit juice
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lime juice
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Maraschino liqueur
2 oz (60ml) Rum

Shake the living daylight out of it and serve in a coupe or Nick and Nora. Garnish as you please ;)
