Believe it or not, The Kitty Highball is an actual cocktail that dates back to the 1940's. Originally made with equal parts red wine and ginger ale, but we're going to make this low alcohol drink a little more interesting, using Fresh Kills Bar's recipe!

Kitty Highball

3/4 oz (22.5ml) Ginger syrup
1/2 oz (15ml) Lime Juice
2 oz (60ml) Red Wine
Splash Club Soda

Quick shake, strain over ice and top with the club soda. Garnish with candied ginger.
