It is Negroni week and why not give you a Negroni recipe? Even though this is a Mezcal cocktail, it still is very much in the Negroni family.
Full confession, the title "What men drinks", I just put there because it is apparently searched for a lot! So let's see if it pays off!

White Mezcal Negroni

3/4 oz (22.5ml) Suze
3/4 (22.5ml) Lillet Blanc (or another similar vermouth)
1 1/2 (45ml) Mezcal

Stir, serve over a big ice cube and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
