IMPORTANT UPDATE: I don’t want to recommend the Canon G7X mark III for vlogging after this vlog test. I have now returned my camera to the store. The reason was focus problems.
This is a quick review of the Canon G7X mark iii were I test the 4k footage and the external audio. The external microphone I use is the Röde videmicro.
I wanted to do a Canon G7X mark iii vlog test, because it't abvious that Canon had vlogging in mind when they created this camera. And since the microphone jack for external microphones is a new feature I also wanted to test the Canon g7x mark iii with mic.
I noticed that the Canon G7X mark iii has focus problems when shooting 4k that I didn't experience in 1080. I also noticed that the Canon G7X mark iii got quite hot when shooting 4k, but it didn't overheat.
I also test the canon G7X mark iii image stabilization.
