IMPORTANT UPDATE: I don’t want to recommend the Canon G7X mark III for vlogging. I have now returned my camera to the store. The reason was the Canon G7X mark III autofocus issues.
In my previous video, the Canon G7X mark iii quick review, I found that the Canon G7x mark iii had some problems with the autofocus.
Here I present some canon g7x mark iii autofocus tests in 1080 and in 4k.
First focus test is moving back and forth, and see how well the focus works. Second test is me focusing on my face, then moving out of frame and see if the canon g7x mark iii focus on my face when I move back into the scene.
Third test is to see if the Canon G7X mark iii can shift focus between my face and a product that I hold close to the camera. A very common scenario for many vloggers.
