Composer: Philip Rosheger (1950 - 2013)
The guy who wrote this just passed away (12-04-2013). A very talented American guitarist/composer. I'm very fortunate to have about 70 transcriptions of his work, of which I will try to cover some of the shorter, easier ones. He wrote the foundation of a popular piece called "Serenade" that James Kline enhanced. One of my favorite guitar instrumentals ever. He was a friend of David Russell, who has a couple of Youtube videos performing Rosheger's music.
This is not a very difficult piece by professional standards, but there are couple of challenging sections for us normal people. You'll notice them in the video.
I hope to get permission to post tab versions of his music ... if anyone is interested. I'm not sure what the status of his music is regarding copyrights. If a relative has inherited the copyrights, hopefully they will at least make his music available for purchase.
