After years of campaigning for change, Canada is now on a path to bringing depleted fish populations back to heathy levels. This is all possible thanks to the publication of new rebuilding regulations under the Fisheries Act by Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
This major victory is the result of a lot of hard work over many years. Our campaign team and allies tireless lobbied government decision makers; developing reports and presentations calling for rebuilding, and our online community sent thousand of emails and posted on social media.
