Homelander VS Phenomaman Isn’t Fair

Phenomaman VS Homelander: After seeing how the Phenomenal Fraud lost to Omni Man pretty badly, today me and Thunder God will be going over the 2 omni man victims, and see who would ultimately come out on top. To flip the script for this matchup, we will be starting off with Homelander, and see how he compares to Phenomamans Stats. When it comes to Homelander, throughout the years his scaling was often regarded as not all that impressive, with people even making memes about how weak homelander is, putting him against people like The Immortal or Sportacus. However, especially after what we’ve seen from The Boys and Gen V, Homelander is quite the power house. He is without a doubt the strongest supe in the boys, yes even stronger than soldier boy, meaning he should upscale from every feat performed in the series. These feats would include, Soldier Boy only being possibly killed by a Hydrogen Bomb & Nubia's Storm in The Boys Diabolical. If a Hydrogen Bomb is the only thing that can take out Soldier Boy, this would mean he should be able to withstand certain Fission Bombs, considering Fission Bombs are considerably weaker. Fission Bombs can range from 100-300 kilotons of TNT, with the most powerful one coming out to around possibly 500. This would put Soldier Boy, who's stated to be ALMOST as strong as Homelander, at well over Town Level. This is consistent considering Homelander himself is stronger than any weapon on earth, which would include potentially a Hydrogen Bomb, the same thing that can kill Soldierboy. We know in The Boys Diabolical, to which some parts are canon to the story, Nubia, a character introduced during season 3 can generate a storm that can, at the very worst, put up almost 400 kilotons of energy. (399.7) We know nothing can kill a homelander on earth with him being the strongest supe by far which would apply to Nubia's Storms. Now there is a statement in Gen V that suggests that a room that could withstand 1 Kiloton of TNT could contain homelander, however this room was made based on a Younger Homelander’s strength meaning it's possible Homelander got stronger as he grew older. Compare this to Phenomaman who without his statement of absorbing the sun, is only at best Small Town Level. This is if you believe his AP is above the same bomb that blew up the majority of the Mecha Man v1 suit, which is around 1Kiloton. Despite Phenomaman being nerfed and technically would be stronger in his prime, We can't say he’s going to close the gap Homelander has over him. Which off of just comparing their general feats, is unironically almost a 400 times difference, at the bare minimum. Phenomaman really is just a statement man, and with his actual feats taken into account, he can MAYBE beat the weaker Homelander from Diabolical if we’re being generous. Meanwhile even Invisigal is reacting to Lightning Strucks attacks who Phenomaman should be significantly faster than, and we even see him flying to the moon within possibly a 9 Hour timespan. Which due to it being casual, puts Phenomamans Speed comfortably in that Mach 69- Mach 70 pretty easily. Meaning Phenomaman actually takes this category. However, while Phenomaman is a handful of times faster than Homelander, Homelander is like hundreds of times stronger than Phenomaman. These two are going to suplex each other like Battle Beast and Thragg, but then Phenomaman would just instantly splat on impact. The best thing we can do for Phenomaman is just using that Infinite Darkness statement,which is like yeah that's pretty crazy, but when going over his actual showings, Homelander is gonna just look like a slower and more arrogant Omni Man. And so Phenomaman once again loses unless you use his strongest form, that being Statement Man.
