A recent study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association analyzed data from more than 130,000 participants across two large U.S. health studies, tracking coffee and tea intake over several decades to assess links to dementia risk. Neurologist, Dr. Ophir Keret, shares that the findings suggest individuals who consumed two to three cups of caffeinated coffee per day had nearly a 20% lower risk of developing dementia compared to those who drank little or none!
