Common Quarters: Trade District, Dumbwaiter Origin
At the end, I changed the strat to doing the precise staircase strat. I believe it'll be most ideal if I do the maxed 7 block trick at the earliest possible moment. Of course, one trying the 7 block trick is insane, but RTA-reasonable.

Bully Battery: Store speed in a bully like a battery. increase energy by slamming into it.
Fast Bully Battery (FBB): transferring bully speed to mario then back to bully, to triple the bullys speed
Nontrivial FBB: FBBs that dont use level OoB to keep the bully afloat, needing new ideas to solve.
Bully Trapper: the new idea that will solve some nontrivial FBBs
Final Nontrivial FBB: The last nontrivial FBB executed, after which all following FBBs will be trivial.
Final Bully Trapper: the Bully Trapper that will solve the final nontrivial FBB
Some Tricks:
Death Cancel: dood just hit the bully while its dying to stop it from dying, ezpz. Not even a trick.
Squish Cancel: Mario getting squished cancels any of his actions. Getting squished by a steep surface pushes you out. If this push pushes you into midair, you now are capable of doing ANYTHING.
Midair walk: Literally just walking into ceiling or OoB. It straight up ignores if Marios on a floor, so its nice.
Bully-Surface Interaction:
Wall: Checks its NEXT position, then moves to the wall, gets pushed out by the wall, then reflects off the wall like a wallkick, but 1 frame earlier. It just moved now when its going to move again soon, as in its going to DOUBLE move in 1 frame. This hurts my brain.
Steep floor: Checks its NEXT position, then reflects off the steep floor like a wallkick, but 1 frame earlier.
Out of Bounds (OoB): Checks its NEXT position, then adds 32767 units to its angle.
After wall, steep floor, and/or OoB, it then proceeds to move fwd blindly regardless of whatevers in the way cuz the bully is stupid. This hurts my brain.
Floor friction: So btw floor friction resets wall reflection cuz nintendo hates me personally. Also friction means the bully might not reach the floor it thought it was going to reach. If the floor is slightly sloped, itll push the bully a bit in that direction. The bully can also bounce off floors. I give up, nothing about the bully makes goddamn sense oh my god I hate this.
