Past Tense | Calming Nature Sounds For Relaxation, Stress Relief, Meditation & Sleep | Relax, Unwind, Chill Out @PastTenseRelax | Uploaded 2 years ago | Updated 3 hours ago
4 hours of soothingly calm nature sounds to help you relax and fall asleep at night, best play at a relatively low volume for optimal effect.
Listening to slow rhythmic sounds, such as crickets chirping & the wind gently blowing through a grassy field, can be very useful when trying to fall asleep at night. This is because natural sounds like these are like nature’s metronome and repetitive sounds have a calming effect on the mind and can help to induce sleep .. and just to make sure of it, I have edited this recording (by removing or dampening down, all of the sudden loud squawks, squeals and shrieks) to provide your ears and mind with a protective natural sound cocoon. So it’s best to listen to this at just the right amount of decibel levels, which will help to drown out any unwanted sudden annoying noises at night.
The reason why these ambient sounds are particularly useful to listen to when you’re trying to get to sleep at night, is because when it’s completely quiet, if you’re having trouble sleeping, suffer with insomnia and /or are feeling anxious and stressed, then you are more likely to focus more on small sudden noises which can interfere with your ability to fall asleep naturally.
So if you need help with sleeping or just want to relax & unwind, I really hope these calming ambient sounds can be of benefit to you, and as always, thanks for supporting my channel.
