Training your grip is an important part of bodyweight fitness and calisthenics.
I have created this beginner routine for people who have zero equipment (no pullup bar, no gripper, no extensor bands, etc.) to get some good noob gains on their grip in their first 2-3 months of training.
To increase your grip beyong this routine, training with proper weighted equipment is recommended. Go get a good gripper, a pullup bar for hanging work, plates for pinching, dumbells for the wrists, extensor bands for your hand extensors etc.
I invite everyone to visit the /r/GripTraining subreddit for their awesome FAQ and take part in the friendly community.
I hope you enjoy it and feel free to leave feedback, criticism, etc.
