The installation of the final six girders for CALAX Interchange Bridge 4 was successfully completed on April 11, 2025. Due to limited workspace, construction progress on IB4 Aguinaldo Highway Bridge has been carried out in phases. This marks the final phase, as one half of the bridge has already been opened to motorists, while the temporary diversion road is required to be closed to facilitate the continuation of girder launching.

The only remaining bridge awaiting girder installation is Waterway Bridge 9. Once this is completed, the girder installation for all bridges in subsection 3 will be finalized.
