------------
In February of 2021, I started off with moist, rotting carpet in the trunk. I pulled up the carpet shortly thereafter and discovered a relatively straight and solid trunk floor with gray primer, adhesive spots, and a few rust spots-- mainly on the right side of the trunk, approaching the hinge under the rear window.
In this video, I finally got around to painting the trunk semi-gloss black, after sanding what rust I could. Now I have a clean, freshly painted surface, which will hopefully also prevent any further spread of rust.
