In this video I show a quick functional demonstration of my French Cleat Machine Mount for my Rikon 10-3061 Deluxe Bandsaw. This mount allows me to keep the saw mounted on a permanent fixture that easily supports its 80lbs weight. The cleat allows the saw/mount to be removed when required for non-standard operations on the drill press. I typically have my saw mounted to my mobile "all-in-one" workbench with power and dust collection. Maximizing the number of machines and work areas for each with this type of setup requires some flexibility.
