I don't think he's coming back

Glitch found by GioTGM and Kirthar. I had the idea of using a debug mod which allows you to zoom out, and this is the result.

The glitch is made up by multiple parts. By pause buffering during the phase transition you can start shooting earlier than intended (useful strategy for RTA runs which we'll probably see in the future).
If the pause is performed too early you won't be able to shoot but you can still use an Ex, which produces the floating effect. If Cuphead then lands on a platform during this glitch and jumps, well... he's never coming back down.

Update: apparently you can just shoot an Ex early without pause buffering, which produces a different effect but still allows for the floating and the super jump. And this had been found for a while, just not that well known. Not sure who found it first.
Also note that the super jump only works the Legacy (1.0) version. The other parts of the glitch work on Current Patch though
