Controlling luck-based events, known as an RNG Manipulation, is a technique that's sometimes encountered in Speedruns, particularly of older games. But how do they work?
This video will cover a bit of general theory as well as cover a few concrete examples of how a few Speedruns manage to control their luck (RNG).
