In this video I am making butterfly pea flower tea mixed with lemon juice - my current favorite drink not just because it’s tasty - but it’s also beautiful and fun to watch the colors change!
To make this yourself- I combined a little under 2 cups of butterfly pea flower tea (steeped in hot water, with 1/4c dissolved sugar) that had been cooling in the fridge with approximately ½ cup of meyer lemon juice. This is very flexible and you can totally enjoy without the lemonade aspect, more sugar or less as well. It’s just a lot of fun and a really tasty tart beverage to enjoy this summer.
