Straight off the beast and into the pan. Butter Pheasant thigh curry.
I absolutely guarantee that you will be hungry after watching this one, so be warned 😁.
This is literally THE best dish I have ever cooked using the much maligned and misunderstood Pheasant thigh...
A curry made completely from scratch, not a jar in sight and it couldn't be any easier, the hardest part is leaving it to cook out and let the meat get nice and tender.
The resulting colour, texture and flavour of the finished curry is magical and it really is a fantastic way to use that part of the pheasant a lot of people struggle with...
So if you do get any whole pheasants over the coming weeks, be sure to take the thighs and give it a go.
