How To Make Mini Pigeon Burgers..
With a glut of Pigeon here in the UK, especially this time of year, i wanted to try something different. I personally think the Wood Pigeon is one of the most versatile but underrated of all the game birds, and treated right, is an absolutely fantastic product.
I am a big fan of pan roasted pigeon breasts, ive also made pigeon sausage, so, i had some left over and decided to make some pigeon sliders, (basically minipigeon burgers) and they were fantastic..
An ideal snack on a shoot day..
