It is also possible to build at least a section of a dodecahedron with these units, but when making it bigger it collapsed and I didn't feel like rebuilding it. A circle in the big hexagon has 24 dots, probably it is not exactly a circle from a mathematical point of view but it's close enough to call it a circle.
