Building problems can occur at any point of a building in construction, we are building an oak roof that has been produced offsite and we have a timber that has cracked and needs to be replaced, I decided to re make this on site as the time and cost in taking it back to the factory and waiting for a new one to be mad and then driving back would have cost plenty of time and money!!!!
I thought it maybe useful to see how I deal with something like this.
