In this video, I show how I built an autosampler with a sample carousel. The autosampler can be controlled via serial or I2C or operate independently. An RTC ensures precise date and time display. The laboratory temperature is also displayed. I use an Arduino Mega as the microcontroller. The three stepper motors are controlled by TB6600s. The tray holds 30 sample bottles, each with a capacity of 20 ml. I need the autosampler for my HPLC/spectrometer project. However, the autosampler will first be used in the synthesis of Cd/Se quantum dots. The project is open source, but please be patient. I have a lot of projects at the moment and need time for the documentation :)
