Why? Because I needed something to eat for the next couple of days! These little things are just a recipe that I threw together last semester and one batch lasted me almost 1 week. Toss these in the fridge after you make them, then wrap them in a damp paper towel and throw them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and you'll be good to go.
What you'll need: 1 large pack of tortillas, 2 large potatoes, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 pack of bacon (rip the cooked strips up a bit so there isn't one giant slice per burrito), 1 dozen eggs (10 might work better, I ended up eating a bit of left overs with this batch), and a package of shredded cheese that I completely forgot to add to this batch. Just put some in each burrito and it'll work out nicely. Remember to cook things correctly according to how long it actually take, not according to how long it appears to be cooking in this video.
