Building muscle is a primary goal for many people. Everyone wants to get some more of dem gainz, whether to show off during Spring Break or simply to be proud of their achievements. Whatever your muscle-loving reasons might be, there are a handful of fundamental strategies you need to employ if you want to have any chance of getting that six pack of biceps you've been yearning.
