Deaf poet Richard Carter's signed poem (in British Sign Language) "Snow Globe" tells a story of a little girl who falls into the world of her snow globe and sees a deaf Father Christmas and his signing reindeer. It includes good examples of anthropomorphisation. It was performed at the BSL poetry Festival in Bristol in 2010.
