Deaf poet Richard Carter's signed poem (in British Sign Language) "Prince looking for love" retells the story of the Frog Prince with a twist. The human must kiss two frogs, because the first is indeed a frog. It includes good examples of anthropomorphisation and may be seen as a gay poem. It was performed at the Arnolfini Arts Centre in Bristol in 2009.
