Deaf poet Donna Williams's signed poem (in British Sign Language) "Graduation Dreams" is a light-hearted look at what students with a deaf studies degree may dream of in the future. It was performed at the University of Bristol in February 2010
The poems in this channel are part of the collection made as the University of Bristol Sign Language Poetry Anthology with the aim to study metaphor in sign language poetry. The poem is discussed in the book Introducing sign language literature folklore and creativity, by Rachel Sutton-Spence and Michiko Kaneko, published by Palgrave press.
