A short film showing British Railways Class 309 trains, mostly at London's Liverpool Street station but also at Ilford and Thorpe-Le-Soken.
The 'most recent' footage from 1986, the rest is older - 1982 and possibly even the late 1970s! (just before the buffet cars were withdrawn) and I was still a schoolboy!
