Weber Ambassador Little Fat Boy Frankie created his dream Asian American diner experience. It's called Breakfast Prom. An excuse to dress up fancy while eating creative, unhinged takes on classic breakfast foods at a dinner that feels like prom. The Weber Slate Griddle was a workhorse making like a billion mochi pancakes, French toasts, and enough scallion egg omelets to feed a small village, but it was so worth it. 10/10 recommend for adult prom + tasty food party
