[1:11] Have you ever mixed a bacterial sample with blood to see white blood cells destroy them?
[4:50] You sometimes mention that you avoid using oil immersion for fear of accidentally running other objectives into the oil. Why not simply remove the other objectives first to prevent this from happening?
[8:52] I was wondering how difficult it would be to salvage parts from other non-working Olympus BH microscopes.
[13:49] Do microscopes exist that have a vacuum between the objective and the slide?
[17:22] Do you have a video on obsidian?
[19:01] I have a question about isolating a specimen from the slide. Is there a way to do this with minimal risk, or is it just inherently difficult?

![Some of my BLOOD CELLS look strange, but I am OK!
Some red blood cells have a strange shape, they look spiky. These red blood cells are called Acanthocytes and they appear when the blood starts to dry up under the microscope. Red blood cells, also known as erythrocytes, are responsible for carrying oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. Red blood cells contain a protein called hemoglobin, which binds to oxygen molecules and transports them through the bloodstream. White blood cells, also known as leukocytes, help to defend the body against infection and disease. They are part of the immune system and work to fight off harmful bacteria and viruses. Some of them are able to change their shape as they hunt down bacteria. At the end of the video, I also want to show you how to put a small droplet of blood on a microscope slide for observation.
