Brussels based gallery Meessen De Clerq takes pleasure in presenting works by Spanish artist José María Sicilia and Dutchman Chaim van Luit, both highlights of their BRAFA in the Galleries exhibition. Both artist developed a special technical practice. While Sicilia's work is created with an unusual mix of oil paint on beeswax, Van Luit uses the chemical process of cyanotype.
BRAFA in the Galleries (27 - 31 January 2021) is a creative alternative to the BRAFA Art Fair at Tour & Taxis, Brussels, which has been postponed to January 2022. 129 art dealers spread across 14 countries and 38 cities, present online and in their galleries, objects and artworks selected for BRAFA 2021 in the best possible conditions.
