Han Solo borrows Chewie's bowcaster and fires a single high powered bolt between two stormtroopers in the distance, but hits neither of them directly. The ensuing explosion caused by the bolts impact results in enough concussive force to propel the armoured soldiers several meters through the air, incapacitating (and possibly killing) them both in a single powerful blast.
