You bugged out so fast that you had to leave your bug out bag behind. Ahhh, but you did bring that MOST important item...you're skills!!! After you fashion a great bow drill set with your Victorinox Fieldmaster, what will you use for strong enough cordage for the Bowstring???
Dollar General Boot Laces or a couple of Dollar General plastics bags is all you'll need to make a couple of strong bowstrings. Let me show you. I made 2 bows, 2 bowstrings, and 2 bow drill friction fires using a Maple Set, Pine needles, catkins, and my Victorinox Fieldmaster.
