Mullein pith is easy to extract and solar ignite with reading glasses. In this demo the ignited pith took off so fast in my handful of leaves that I had to quickly deposit it in the hobo stove. This broke up the initial cluster of pith coals weakening the burn. It quickly caught back up and went to flames easily.
