Last year a tree fell on the power lines and we were without power for 5 days. At 6:30 this morning I looked over at the clock and saw no digits... Oh the dread of it all! The Winter storm and heavy winds hit hard last night! Seems there’s about 2000 homes in our neighborhood without power also. Just as I got the hobo stove fired up and got the coffee water to a rolling boil, my friend rolled up the driveway in his 4 wheel drive... bearing gifts.
