Boulcott Street, London E1 off Commercial Road by Butcher Row. Tower Hamlets Highways are suppose to clear this up but after 3 months and at least four calls regarding the rubbish it still remains there. A local geezer told me that at the beginning of September some contractor came but left leaving the 'rubble' behind because they needed to use heavier equipment. Two months later the 'rubble' remains and other debris that was there over 3 months ago remains minus the Cristmas decorations. See video: White Noise; "Here come the Fleas."
