Youth has car taken away from him by the police. This youth is the third eldest son of a family that has little respect for the laws on driving. Both his eldest brothers also drove cars without insurance and a driving license. A couple of years ago the eldest brother crashed into another car in Boulcott Street, London, E1. When the owner of the victim car said he was going to call the police the eldest son took money out of his pocket, (After having said he had no money) and paid for the damage in cash. Point being if they hit you and they do not have enought money in their pockets that is you stuffed. If you are a parent and they hit your child the only compensation you are going to get is Criminal Injuries Compensation that is set at £500,000 max. Civil injury claims are technically limitless. A recent civil case resulted in a £3,200,000 compensation payout to pay for an injured child's lifetime care.
