This lot turned up at 9.15pm and proceeded to carry out over two hours of loud works. LB Tower Hamlets may have given them a permit to do this work. But then again may not have given them permission to do this. The noise patrol is going to check if a permit was issued. Either way I am going to be making a formal complaint because to fix a Virgin Media cable is not an emergency and this work could have been undertaking during normal working hours or during the day time on Saturday or Sunday. Not late on a Friday night.
