1) sidehop left twice
2) backflip, backflip - neutral roll, retarget
3) backflip, ESS turn right for one frame (this step is crucial)
4) drop the bottle content, quickdraw bottle
5) sidehop right, press B in midair (*)
6) move left , hold Z+R+C-button for the bottle, release R when in catch range
Link will get the initial position if he leaves the Market area at running speed or higher. You can also walk out at a certain slow pace which can do the same setup when you cut one backflip.
It's easier to perform with a fish but you have sufficient time to catch bugs even if you miss them like two or three times. Maybe you prefer waiting a bit before sidehopping so the bugs will move to the supporting surface of the former bridge and are easier to catch.
(*) You have two frames to press B during the sidehop. If you prefer buffering, it's when the centre of the C-right button is about to hit the corner next to the loading zone.
This setup was heavily inspired by fniure's youtube.com/watch?v=4YdIz3Brgik
Mine was recorded on PAL but it also works on the NTSC version with the same setup.
I tested holding directions in midair but I ended up letting go of the control stick inputs. It shouldn't matter as long as you aren't holding forward in any way.
