On this Boston layover, I was able to head to Cambridge and try out Veggie Galaxy. Never have I seen such an extensive, yet consistently delicious vegan menu. My friends, Alex and David, are both of the carnivorous persuasion and were absolutely floored by the food. We tried everything from chicken and waffles, to a seitan rueben! The assistant manager, Tom, was kind enough to sit down and show off some of the great desserts. The dessert menu at Veggie Galaxy is as delicious as it is long. All airline pilots and flight attendants need to hit this vegan spot asap!
