On our San Diego layover, we went and tried Plant Power Fast Food and stuffed our faces. They are a vegan fast food restaurant that had makes every part of their meals. Kevin Okasaki joined me to try the food and gave his perspective as an omnivore. We ate veggie burgers with loaded fries. Tater tots and milkshakes too! San Diego is and always will be the G.O.A.T. of layovers.
