Looking for a simple way to make treadmill walking more fun?

One of my favorite LISS (Low-Intensity Steady State) cardio variations is to increase the incline, slow the speed, and switch directions every 30–60 seconds. It's an easy way to challenge your body differently, engage different muscles, and keep boredom away.

✅ Incline: 15
✅ Speed: 1.5 mph
✅ Switch directions every 30–60 seconds

LISS cardio is a big part of our Mommy Tummy Fix program because it's gentle on your body, supports recovery, helps improve endurance, and can be a sustainable way to stay active without feeling exhausted.

If you're a busy mom looking for simple, realistic fitness strategies that fit real life, check out the Mommy Tummy Fix app for workouts, core rehab, walking plans, strength training, and nutrition support.
