Blight Phoenix is the penultimate skill in the Cataclysm tree. It is a kill skill that damages nearby enemies with both fire and corrosive damage. It was boosted twice recently, and in this video I determine whether or not I find it viable.

It is definitely not a great damage dealer, but it can be a good accessory to Life Tap.
