Billy Cardigan met up with Bongripper ahead of their show at Kung Fu Necktie in Philly to chat about some of their gear and guitar pedals. What a sick and awesome time it was! The boys (Ron Petzke, Dennis Pleckham, Nick Dellacroce and Daniel O'Connor) were very cool fellows who used many different pedals to make the marijuana and weed music they made. The marijuana drug was used by them alot to make very slow and long, very hard rock music, with very scary album artworks. They call this genre of music Stoner Doom or Sludge Doom. Many of the pedals there were some cool ones like Boss DD-3 delay, Fuzzrocious Bongripper pedal, Damnation Audio Pedal, a Devi Ever Dark Boost and many many more there!
